The Sigma Delta Phi Alumnae Association, led by President Mona Lacanlale, championed nation-building through a complementary nutrition program (CNP) at two schools in November 2023  benefitting 120 malnourished children. In partnership with NGO Kabisig ng Kalahi, spearheaded by Sigma Deltan Vicky Wieneke, the program combines feeding with health baselines and monitoring while actively engaging parents in school activities, creating a platform for enrichment projects that support students’ education and long-term well-being.
